3. Clear communications are imperative between you and Davesurf Productions. A complete analysis of your requirements are made and all your doubts are cleared. Before any work can start, we will ask you to pay the required advance deposit for the project. A payment of1/3rd of the total cost of the project. We accept PayPal or business check.
4. We will provide a first draft/ mock-up of your website layout soon after the deposit is received. We then tweak this draft based on your feedback and suggestions. Together we agree on the final version of the website layout. Incase you do not like the first draft we proceed with giving you a 2nd draft of the website. The experience and skills of our design team ensures that there is 99% possibility that things will never go beyond 2nd Draft. However, if you still don't like we will send you a 3rd draft. In case we do not meet your expectations at this stage also 80% of the project cost is refunded within 24 Hours.
5. After layout finalization we proceed with setting up of a client area for you on our web site so that you can track the progress online. This site is like http://www.davesurf.com/yourname. All the changes are uploaded here and and mail is sent to you stating that the required changes has been made and it is ready for your approval.
6. All the content sent by you is integrated into the website and we keep changing things as per your requirements.
7. When everything is ready, we ask you for the final payment upon receipt of which the site is published and we move into maintenance phase.
